Terms and Conditions

ORDER & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Credit card is the only mode of payment available to new customers. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • No C.O.D. s
  • Terms may only be extended upon approval of a credit application (please allow 1 week for the approval process)
  • There is a $35.00 service charge for any returned/bounced checks
  • Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% of the outstanding balance as monthly service fee

SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped via UPS GROUND unless otherwise instructed by the customer
  • Shipping and handling fees:
    • $12/box on credit card orders shipped to a commercial address
    • $15/box on credit card shipped to a residential address
    • $22/box on COD orders

CLAIMS & RETURNS

  • Any claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made within 72 hours upon receipt of the order
  • No return will be accepted without prior authorization from our sales personnel
  • Request to re-ship a returned order must be made within 3 days or order will be re-stocked
  • We reserve the right to refuse any request to re-ship a returned order
  • Returned shipments will be charged all applicable freight charges payable only via Credit Card
  • All charges associated with a refused shipment must be settled prior to placing a new order
